Refund Policy
This service is a customized digital knowledge product whose core deliverable is a travel guide PDF. Because the service involves customized digital content and intellectual output, orders are generally non-refundable once payment has been completed, except in the limited situations described below.
1. General Rule
- Once payment is completed, the order enters a manual production and delivery process;
- Once we have started preparing the order, communicated on the order, provided the concierge follow-up, sent the delivered file, or the user has actually received the deliverable, the order is generally not refundable;
- Changes in personal travel plans, subjective dissatisfaction, self-arranged plan changes, failure to contact the concierge in time, or failure to check messages will generally not qualify as refund grounds.
2. Common Situations in Which Refunds May Not Be Available
- The user has submitted the request and completed payment;
- We have already started preparing or organizing content for the order;
- The PDF guide has been sent through WhatsApp, Line, email, or another agreed delivery channel;
- The included one-time concierge follow-up service has already been used;
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or unresponsive user communication caused delivery delay or content limitations.
3. Limited Exceptional Situations
We may review a refund, re-performance, or equivalent remedy where appropriate and subject to applicable law in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges, clear system error, or payment anomalies that result in overcollection;
- Failure on our side to deliver the service, combined with inability to provide an equivalent solution within a reasonable time;
- Any scenario in which mandatory law requires a refund, cancellation right, or another consumer remedy.
4. How to Request Review
If the user believes an exceptional situation applies, the user may contact us through the contact details shown on the Contact page and should provide the order number, payment proof, issue description, and relevant screenshots where possible. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Refund Method
If a refund is confirmed after review, it will generally be returned through the original payment route. Where the original route is unavailable, another lawful and practical method may be arranged. Actual arrival time depends on PayPal, banks, or other payment institutions.
