By visiting this website, placing an order, making payment, contacting our concierge, or receiving a delivered file, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any other applicable site rules.
1. Nature of the Service
The core deliverable of this service is a customized travel guide PDF. Unless expressly agreed in writing, an order does not automatically include ticketing, hotel booking, visa handling, offline guide services, in-person execution, or other ground arrangements.
2. Orders and Payment
- Once the user submits the inquiry and completes payment, the order enters the production and delivery process;
- The user must provide true, accurate, and complete information and ensure that submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- If there is incorrect information, duplicate ordering, payment failure, risk review, or another reasonable issue, the operator may request more information, delay processing, or suspend an abnormal order.
3. Delivery and Performance
- We usually deliver the PDF within 24 hours after successful payment;
- Delivery is usually made through WhatsApp, Line, or another online channel agreed by both parties;
- Each order includes one concierge follow-up or clarification service related to the order content;
- Delivery timing may be extended if the user does not add the concierge in time, fails to respond to necessary questions, or submits incomplete information.
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
- The operator or the lawful rights holder retains rights in the delivered file, including its structure, layout, editorial arrangement, and text content;
- The user may use the delivered file only for lawful personal travel planning and may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense, use it for model training, or repurpose it as a commercial product;
- User-submitted source information remains owned by the user or the lawful rights holder, but the user grants the operator the necessary permission to use it for order fulfillment.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
This service is a customized digital knowledge product and, as a general rule, is not subject to no-reason refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details. Where mandatory law requires otherwise, such law will prevail.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The delivered guide is prepared based on user-provided information, publicly available material, practical experience, and human judgment, and is for travel planning reference only;
- Actual travel decisions, visa outcomes, weather changes, transport delays, attraction policy changes, and the quality of third-party services are not fully within our control;
- We do not guarantee real-time pricing, inventory, policy stability, or final booking availability from hotels, airlines, attractions, transport providers, or other third-party resources;
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss, loss of expected benefit, or third-party-caused loss will be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may, to the extent permitted by law, bring the dispute before the people's court with jurisdiction over the operator's domicile. If mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, those mandatory rules will apply.
