Service Description
This service is a customized digital knowledge product. After a user submits a travel inquiry and completes payment, we prepare and deliver a personalized travel guide in PDF format based on the user's destination, departure point, travel dates, group size, preferences, and special requests.
1. Service Flow
- The user submits the inquiry form online;
- The user completes payment for the order;
- The user adds our customer service on WhatsApp or Line as prompted on the site;
- We usually complete the guide within 24 hours after successful payment and deliver the PDF through WhatsApp, Line, or another channel confirmed by both parties.
2. What the Order Includes
- One customized travel guide PDF prepared for the order;
- One concierge follow-up or clarification service related to that order;
- Basic itinerary suggestions, transport notes, accommodation direction, experience ideas, or travel reminders reflected in the final PDF.
The included “one concierge service” usually means one order-related clarification, delivery follow-up, or necessary confirmation. It does not mean unlimited revisions, long-term consulting, or a full remake of the plan.
3. What the Order Does Not Automatically Include
Unless separately agreed in writing, the order itself does not automatically include:
- Ticketing, hotel booking, visa handling, insurance, or other agency services;
- Offline guide, driver, escort, airport transfer, or ground execution services;
- Unlimited revisions, long-term consulting, or ongoing managed support.
4. Delivery Timing
We usually deliver the PDF within 24 hours after successful payment and after receiving the basic information needed to prepare the guide. Delivery may be reasonably delayed during holidays, when a request is unusually complex, when information is incomplete, when we cannot reach the user in time, or for other objective reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to update the user through the available contact details.
5. User Responsibilities
- The user should provide true, accurate, and complete information and review order, email, or concierge messages in time;
- Incomplete or inaccurate information, or failure to respond, may affect delivery timing and content accuracy;
- The user may not resell, republish, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the delivered file beyond lawful personal use.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for the user's original materials or third-party content that legally belongs to others, the structure, text, arrangement, layout, and related content of the guide PDF remain owned by the operator or the lawful rights holder. The user receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the delivered file for the purpose of the order.
7. Operator and Contact Information
The operator name, support email, phone number, and business address can be shown on the Contact page or other public site disclosures.
